  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Peel, core, and dice the apples. Toss them in a bowl with cinnamon, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
  3. Roll out the pie crusts on a floured surface and cut into 4-inch circles.
