  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly coat a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Slice the tops off the mini bell peppers and remove the seeds. Place them upright in the baking dish.
