  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 2 cups tomato sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Boil diced potatoes in salted water until tender (about 10-12 minutes), then drain and let cool.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, cooked potatoes, mozzarella cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, and basil until just combined.
