  • 1 cup plain or Italian-style breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 8 soft slider buns
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, egg, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Pour marinara sauce over the meatballs; place two meatballs on each slider bun and top with shredded mozzarella.
  6. Return assembled sliders to the oven for an additional five minutes until cheese is bubbly and slightly golden.
