  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup freshly chopped cilantro
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix lime juice, olive oil, honey, garlic, cilantro, cumin, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour marinade over them. Seal tightly and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (375°F).
  4. Remove chicken from marinade and let excess drip off. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches at least 165°F.
  5. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
