  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts (trimmed and halved)
  • 4 slices thick-cut bacon (cooked and crumbled)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper until well-coated.
  3. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy; set aside on paper towels, reserving 2 tbsp of bacon fat.
  4. In the skillet with bacon fat, mix honey and Sriracha over low heat until combined.
  5. Add Brussels sprouts to the skillet, crumble cooked bacon on top, and stir until evenly coated.
  6. Spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and roast for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
