  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Season the pork tenderloin with salt and pepper, then place it in the prepared baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together garlic, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil until smooth.
  4. Pour half of the sauce over the pork, reserving some for basting.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C). Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  6. Drizzle with remaining sauce and top with chopped green onions before serving.
