Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 medium head of cauliflower (about 400g), cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil until evenly coated. Sprinkle panko breadcrumbs over cauliflower and mix until all pieces are coated.
  3. Spread coated cauliflower on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for about 25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  4. While baking, combine honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and cornstarch in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir continuously until the mixture bubbles and thickens, about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Once baked, transfer cauliflower to a bowl and pour the honey garlic sauce over it. Toss gently to coat every piece.
  6. Serve hot with additional sauce drizzled on top.
