Ingredients

Scale
  • 9 lasagna noodles (regular or no-boil)
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 8 oz crab meat (fresh or lump)
  • 8 oz medium shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cups marinara sauce
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente; skip this step if using no-boil noodles.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese with half of the Parmesan, chopped basil, salt, and pepper until combined.
  4. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté shrimp until pink (about three minutes). Gently add crab meat and stir in some marinara sauce.

  6. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; remove foil and bake for another 15 minutes until golden brown. Let sit for ten minutes before serving.
