  • 1 cup mixed nuts (almonds and pecans), chopped
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup dried fruits (cranberries or raisins)
  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes (optional)
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix rolled oats, chopped nuts, cinnamon, and coconut flakes (if using).
  3. Drizzle honey or maple syrup over the mixture and stir until evenly coated.
