Instructions

  2. In another bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, and maple syrup until well combined.
  3. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just mixed; lumps are fine.
  4. Fold in chopped apples and let the batter rest for about five minutes.
  5. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it. Pour about half a cup of batter for each pancake.
  6. Cook until bubbles form on top (about 3 minutes), then flip and cook until golden brown (about 2 minutes more).
  7. Serve warm with additional maple syrup or yogurt.
