Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Stir in the maple syrup and peanut butter until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, mix together the rolled oats, cocoa powder, and baking soda.
  5. Gently fold the dry mixture into the wet banana mixture until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean or with a few chocolate crumbs.
