Instructions

  2. Wash the turnips, trim tops and tails, then place between two chopsticks to avoid cutting through. Slice thinly every quarter inch.
  3. In a bowl, mix garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and herbs until well combined.
  4. Drizzle the mixture over the sliced turnips, ensuring it seeps into the cuts.
  5. Roast in the oven for 35-45 minutes until golden brown and tender.
