  • 3 tbsp gochujang
  • 2 tbsp honey (or maple syrup for vegan)
  • 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and cut cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
  3. In a bowl, whisk gochujang, honey, soy sauce, and sesame oil until smooth.
  4. Toss cauliflower florets in the sauce until well-coated.
  5. Spread on a parchment-lined baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes or until crispy.
