Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients: peel and devein the shrimp, and chop the broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add an inch of water and bring to a simmer. Add the broccoli, cover for 3-4 minutes until bright green and slightly tender. Drain and set aside.
