  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then sear until golden brown, about 5 minutes.

  5. Transfer chicken to the baking dish and bake for 10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
