  • 2 medium carrots, diced
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup low-sodium beef broth
  • 1 package (17.3 oz) puff pastry sheets (2 sheets)
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the onions and carrots until soft (about 5 minutes).
  3. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat and season with salt and pepper.
