  • 4 fish fillets (tilapia or sole)
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the fish fillets dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
