  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup eggnog

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy. Add in the egg and vanilla; mix well.
  3. Gradually add the flour, baking powder, and nutmeg until just combined.
  4. Scoop about two tablespoons of dough into each muffin cup, pressing firmly to form cookie cups.
  5. In another bowl, mix softened cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream, powdered sugar, and eggnog; blend until creamy.
  6. Pour cheesecake filling into each cookie cup until nearly full. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
  7. Allow to cool before serving.
