  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 10 whole cloves

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a large roasting pan with aluminum foil.
  2. Score the ham in a diamond pattern about half an inch deep.
  3. In a bowl, mix together brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, cinnamon, and cloves until well combined.
  4. Generously apply the glaze all over the scored ham.
  5. Bake for approximately 15 minutes per pound, basting with additional glaze every half hour.
  6. Once cooked (internal temperature at least 145°F), remove from oven and let rest for 20 minutes before slicing.
