  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Rinse and pat dry the ribs.
  2. In a bowl, mix brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Generously coat both sides of the ribs with the dry rub mixture, massaging it into the meat.
