Cuban sliders are a mouthwatering delight that brings the vibrant flavors of Cuba to your table.   • 12 slider buns (soft and buttery)
  • 2 cups pulled pork (cooked and shredded)
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup dill pickles (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Slice the slider buns in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in the dish.
  3. Spread mustard on each bottom bun, then evenly distribute the pulled pork.
  4. Layer Swiss cheese on top of the pulled pork followed by dill pickle slices.
  5. Place the top halves back on the sliders and cover with aluminum foil.
  6. Bake for about 15 minutes, then uncover and broil for an additional 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
