  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

  • 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces, about one inch thick, and season with salt and pepper.
