  • 1 cup fresh mushrooms (chopped, cremini or button)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach (chopped)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta shells in salted water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant, then add chopped mushrooms and cook until golden brown. Stir in spinach until wilted.
  3. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese and Parmesan together. Add the sautéed mushroom-spinach mixture and combine thoroughly.
