  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup plain breadcrumbs

  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, dried cranberries, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, thyme, parsley, salt, pepper, and egg. Mix until well combined without overmixing.
  3. Roll about two tablespoons of the mixture into balls (approximately 1 inch in diameter).
  4. Arrange the formed balls on the prepared baking tray and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Allow to cool slightly before serving warm or at room temperature.
