Cranberry brie bites are a deliciously indulgent appetizer that combines creamy brie cheese and tangy cranberry sauce, all enveloped in flaky puff pastry.   • 6 oz brie cheese (cut into small pieces)
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 tsp fresh thyme (chopped)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry and cut it into 3-inch squares.
  3. Place a piece of brie in the center of each square, top with 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce and a sprinkle of thyme.
  4. Fold the pastry over the filling to form pockets and seal well.
