  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese (divided)

  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a large baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through. Allow cooling slightly before cutting into bite-sized pieces.
