Chicken Cordon Bleu Sliders are a delectable fusion of tender chicken, crispy ham, and melted Swiss cheese, all tucked inside soft slider buns.   • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 8 slices thick ham
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • 12 slider buns
  • 2 tbsp mustard (your choice)
  • 4 tbsp butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Cook in a skillet over medium heat for 6-7 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Slice thinly.
  3. Slice slider buns horizontally. Layer the bottom halves with Swiss cheese, ham, and chicken slices. Top with another slice of Swiss cheese and the bun tops.
  4. Mix melted butter with mustard and brush on top of assembled sliders.
  5. Bake on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and buns are golden brown.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving; drizzle with any remaining melted butter.
