Cheesy Pepperoni Croissant Rolls are a delightful treat that combines flaky, buttery croissants with gooey mozzarella and savory pepperoni.   • 1 cup shredded low-moisture mozzarella cheese
  • 20 slices mini pepperoni
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. Unroll the croissant dough and lay out the triangles on the baking sheet.
  3. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on the widest part of each triangle and top with pepperoni slices. Add Italian seasoning and garlic powder if desired.
  4. Roll each triangle tightly from the wide end to the pointy end, placing seam-side down on the baking sheet.
