  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 cup buttery round crackers, crushed
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter and sauté chopped onion until translucent and golden brown.
