  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a muffin tin by greasing it or lining it with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, and cardamom until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs, milk, and melted butter until smooth.
  4. Gradually fold the wet ingredients into the dry mixture using a spatula until just combined. Gently add in the diced pears.
  5. Spoon the batter into the muffin cups until they are three-quarters full.
