  • 2 cups powdered sugar

  3. In another bowl, cream the softened butter with sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and mix in vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually combine dry ingredients with the wet mixture, then fold in crushed Biscoff cookies.
  5. Fill cupcake liners two-thirds full and bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely before frosting.
