  • 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough (16 oz each)
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 medium Granny Smith apples, cored and chopped
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan with nonstick spray.
  2. In a bowl, toss the chopped apples with cinnamon; set aside.
  3. Cut each biscuit into quarters and place them in a separate bowl.
  4. Combine melted butter, brown sugar, chopped pecans, and half of the caramel sauce in another bowl. Mix well and fold in the apple mixture.
  5. Layer half of the biscuit pieces in the bundt pan, then pour in half of the apple mix. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool slightly before inverting onto a serving plate. Drizzle with remaining caramel sauce before serving.
