  • 4 cups cooked jasmine rice (preferably day-old)
  • 1 cup mixed fresh vegetables (bell peppers, peas, carrots)
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions
