Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 3 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust. Bake for about 10 minutes until golden. Cool completely.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth; gradually add sugar and mix until fluffy. Stir in vanilla extract.
  3. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold half into cream cheese mixture. Add pudding mix and sliced bananas; gently fold in remaining whipped cream.
  4. Spread half of the filling over the cooled crust; layer with more banana slices, then top with remaining filling. Smooth the top and refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight.
  5. Serve chilled, garnished with extra banana slices or crushed wafers.
