  • 8 ounces block feta cheese
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray or olive oil. Add cherry tomatoes and whole garlic cloves.
  3. Place the block of feta cheese in the center, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes until the tomatoes burst and the feta turns golden brown.
  5. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
