  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 cup fresh Thai basil leaves
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 4 large eggs

  1. Boil water in a pot. Gently add the eggs and boil for 6 minutes. Transfer to an ice bath immediately.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add 1 tbsp oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  3. Increase the heat to high, add ground chicken, and cook until no longer pink (approximately 5 minutes).
  4. Mix in soy sauce and oyster sauce; cook for another 2 minutes until well combined.
