  • 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup caramel sauce (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a springform pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cocoa powder, flour, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Pour half the brownie batter into the pan and bake for about 20 minutes.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sour cream until smooth; gradually mix in sugar.
  5. Spread cheesecake mixture over the brownie layer and top with remaining brownie batter.
  6. Bake for another 30-35 minutes until set but slightly soft in the center. Cool completely before chilling for at least four hours.
  7. Drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
