  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 12 mini chocolate peanut butter cups, unwrapped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

  3. In a large mixing bowl, cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

  5. Mix in the peanut butter until fully incorporated.
  6. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients until just combined.
  7. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto prepared baking sheets, placing them about 2 inches apart. Press a mini peanut butter cup into each ball.
