  • 1 cup mini marshmallows (for topping)

Instructions

  3. In another bowl, beat eggs, milk, and melted butter until smooth. Combine with dry ingredients and mix until just blended.
  4. Fill each cupcake liner two-thirds full with batter.
  5. Bake for 18-20 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before topping with mini marshmallows.
