  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried basil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Sauté onions and garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add carrots, celery, and potatoes; season with salt and pepper. Sauté for about five minutes until slightly softened.
