  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ⅔ cup granulated sugar
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup eggnog
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and sugar until combined. Press firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream and sugar; mix until fully incorporated. Gradually add eggs one at a time, then stir in eggnog, nutmeg, and cinnamon.
  3. Pour the filling over the crust and bake for 55-60 minutes or until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
  4. Allow to cool at room temperature before refrigerating for at least four hours or overnight.
  5. Serve chilled, garnished with whipped cream and additional nutmeg if desired.
