  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz dark chocolate (at least 60% cocoa)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press into a tart pan and bake for 10 minutes until golden brown. Let cool.
  2. Chop dark chocolate into pieces. Heat heavy cream in a saucepan until warm (not boiling). Pour cream over chocolate and let sit for 5 minutes. Stir until smooth.
  3. Pour ganache into cooled tart shell and chill in the fridge for at least one hour until set.
  4. Wash and dry strawberries; slice larger ones if needed.
  5. Decorate the set ganache with strawberries and drizzle extra ganache on top if desired.
  6. Slice and serve chilled or at room temperature.
