  • 1 cup Gruyère cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a deep baking dish.
  2. Wash, peel, and thinly slice the root vegetables (about 1/8-inch thick).
  3. In a bowl, whisk together heavy cream, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
