  • 1 red bell pepper (diced)
  • 1 green bell pepper (diced)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 cans (14.5 oz each) diced tomatoes (with juices)
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  2. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté onions and bell peppers until soft (about 5 minutes).
