  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup water (room temperature)
  • Non-stick grilling spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat (350°F or 175°C). Lightly grease the grill grates with non-stick grilling spray.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the cupcake batter according to the package instructions or your homemade recipe, adding in eggs, vegetable oil, and water until smooth.
  3. Place cupcake liners in a metal muffin tin and fill each liner two-thirds full with batter.
  4. Place the muffin tin on the grill grate and close the lid. Grill for 15-20 minutes until cupcakes rise and turn golden brown.
  5. Check for doneness by inserting a toothpick; if it comes out clean, they are ready! Allow to cool before adding desired toppings.
