  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning on both sides.
  3. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter until bubbly. Sear chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and let rest.

  5. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and toss into the Alfredo sauce.
