  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
  • 1 package strawberry Jell-O (3 oz)
  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 cups whipped topping (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries (sliced)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the vanilla cake mix, eggs, and water until smooth. Pour into the prepared dish and bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown. Let cool completely.
  3. Poke holes in the cooled cake using a fork. Prepare the strawberry Jell-O according to package directions and pour it over the holes while still warm. Refrigerate for at least two hours.
