  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • ½ cup mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans)
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Rinse the blueberries under cold water and pat dry.
  2. In a glass or bowl, layer half of the Greek yogurt at the bottom.
  3. Add half of the blueberries on top of the yogurt.
  4. Sprinkle half of the mixed nuts over the blueberries.
  5. Repeat layers with remaining yogurt, blueberries, and nuts.
  6. Drizzle honey or maple syrup on top and optionally sprinkle with cinnamon.
