Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs in a saucepan covered with cold water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then remove from heat, cover, and let sit for 12-14 minutes.
  2. Transfer eggs to an ice bath for 5 minutes, then peel under running water.
  3. Halve the eggs lengthwise and scoop the yolks into a bowl. Add miso paste, mayonnaise, and Sriracha; mix until smooth.
